INDIVIDUALS
When working with elite athletes on an individual basis, Aligned Function creates customized programming empowering them to consistently perform at their best, overcome obstacles and achieve long-term success.
Programming may be composed of but not limited to a comprehensive physical and mental skill set assessment, weekly coaching sessions, accountability, and hands on treatment sessions.

SMALL GROUPS
Working with small groups of elite athletes Aligned Function builds a scientifically proven foundation that enhances performance and the efficacy of all of their other training sessions. Delivered in a workshop setting either virtually or in person athletes are taught objective measurements to monitor progress, training strategies to implement daily and the background knowledge to tie it all together.
COACHES
Working with teams Aligned Function consults with coaches in developing a customized program to focus on those areas that will optimize the teams performance. Providing training virtually and in person teams are taken on a journey to optimize breathing, increase body awareness and build the mental skill set that will set them apart from the competition. Training the subtle areas of performance mimics training physical skill sets and occurs through intention, consistency and strategies that are applied on a daily basis.
